Beauty magazines always seem to spout the same general pieces of advice over and over again. What they almost always fail to do is expand on their advice in a way that makes their little glimmers of wisdom truly helpful.
We've taken the top three pieces of advice we've seen recycled over and over again and expanded on them in a way that can help you take their basic, generic, age-old tip to new heights.
1. Their advice: Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day
